30 lbs of a variety of cuts of Beef, Pork and Chicken
The portions are 6oz-8oz per person, with a total of 7-8 Meals per a Box. The cuts of meat are always changing and fluctuate with the seasons. Summer will typically have more grilling cuts and as we transition over to the fall, we will have more cuts for the oven or slow cooker.
Blackbird Farm is offering boxes of meat with a variety of cuts at a discounted price. You may not order or request what the cuts will be, what is available at that given time is what will be in the box.
